FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER

Location: UAE

Overview:

We are looking for a Finance & Admin Manager to manage Finance, HR, Administration, and Operational Support functions for our Middle East Operations. This is a senior leadership role that requires a dynamic individual with strong financial expertise, excellent operational management skills, and the ability to support the wider business in achieving its growth objectives.

✅ What we’re looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred)
2. 10+ years of progressive finance & operations leadership experience
3. Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, compliance, and labour laws
4. Proven ability to manage audits, HR processes, and operational functions
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

  • Oversee all accounting and finance matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage credit control and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Lead external audits and liaise with auditors and external advisors.
  • Review, negotiate and agree contracts and LPOs with customers.
  • Contract management.
  • VAT returns and corporate tax filing.

HR & People Management

  • Manage HR processes including appointment letters, visa processing, onboardingemployee.
  • Affairs and offboarding.
  • Support employee engagement and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.

Administration & Operations

  • Oversee company licenses, office lease agreements, and renewals.
  • Support company events, new office setups, and day-to-day administration.
  • Supervise IT infrastructure and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Business Support:

  • Provide operational support to the senior management team.
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency across the organisation.
  • Drive the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks,
    customers and suppliers.
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives and act as a strong ambassador for the
    company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
    (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and operations leadership.
  • Experience of managing teams of 3-5 staff members.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record in managing audits, HR processes, and operational functions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment with international teams.
