    Dubai Creek Harbour (DCH) Master Plan


    Dubai Creek Harbour (DCH) is a new masterplan developed by Emaar Properties in collaboration with Dubai Holding. The development is situated on the banks of the Dubai Creek to the north, and adjacent to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary to the west. The project covers a 5.6 million square meter footprint and is expected to feature 48,500 residential units in total, housing approximately 175,000 residents. Vortex Fire was involved in preparing a site-wide fire strategy for the development.

    King Fahd University Of Petroleum And Minerals Business Park

    Vortex Fire had the privilege of contributing to the fire safety measures of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). Situated along the Dammam–Khobar Highway on an expansive site area of approximately 203,000 sqm, the KFUPM Business Park is a comprehensive business hub being developed by the Dhahran Techno Valley-Investment Company.

     

    Each office building within the business park is meticulously designed to offer efficiency, flexibility, and convenience to corporate tenants of varying sizes and scopes. The podium roof serves as a dynamic space for retail, community, and collaboration areas, enhancing the overall experience for business park occupants.

     

    The retail area, spread across two levels, is strategically positioned on the north road to attract and engage customers before leading them into the podium level food and beverage area, creating a unique and immersive retail experience. Additionally, the residential component of the business park offers a range of units from studio to three-bedroom apartments, catering to all segments of the business park users and further enhancing the live-work-play environment of the development.

    King Abdullah Financial District – Master Plan

    King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a monumental project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, spanning a vast 160-hectare site in northern Riyadh. This ambitious development is poised to become the new financial hub of the Kingdom, comparable to global centers of commerce and finance like London, New York, and Hong Kong.

     

    The project comprises 149 buildings, offering over 1.2 million square meters of mixed-use leasable space, along with 40,000 parking spaces and more than 2,000 residential and hotel units. Vortex Fire played a crucial role in this project by preparing a site-wide fire strategy, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance for this transformative development.
