ABOUT Paul Lam
Paul is a seasoned Fire Safety Consultant with over 21 years of experience in fire safety engineering design and assessment. He began his career as a Fire Engineer in Sydney, Australia, in 2000, gaining extensive experience in commercial, industrial, residential, and retail projects. His portfolio includes iconic Sydney landmarks such as the Latitude, World Square, King Street Wharf, GPO Martin Place, Sydney Record Centre, LG Facilities Warehouse, and Bankstown shopping centre. Upon returning to Hong Kong, Paul faced diverse fire safety challenges in local and international projects, including super high-rise buildings, infrastructure, airports, and large-scale integrated resorts.
