Projects have ranged from six-storey Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) buildings to 11-storey office buildings using Nailed Laminated Timber. Vortex Fire is also supporting new mass timber projects where now permitted under various Canadian jurisdictions, including Ontario, for specific building characteristics including occupancies, heights and areas.
