Dubai Opera

OUR IMPACT

The Opera District is an existing development in Downtown Dubai, home to Dubai Opera and surrounding mixed-use buildings.

Vortex Fire was engaged to prepare the documentation required to omit this stair from the approved strategy and remove it as a recognized means of egress from the basement, for submission to and approval by DCD — ensuring the revised means of escape strategy remained fully compliant without reliance on a discharge point outside the site boundary.
