We are seeking a talented CFD Fire Modelling Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to predict fire behaviour and enhance fire safety designs.
- Perform CFD simulations to model fire dynamics and smoke movement in various building environments.
- Analyse simulation results to provide insights and recommendations for fire safety design improvements.
- Collaborate with fire engineers and project teams to integrate CFD findings into fire safety strategies.
- Develop and validate CFD models using experimental data and industry standards.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate CFD analysis results to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on advancements in CFD technology and fire modelling techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience with CFD software and fire modelling (experience in FDS, Pathfinder & PyroSim would be ideal)
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
