    Burj Vista

    Burj Vista Towers is a twin-tower residential development located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The development comprises a 20-storey tower and a 66-storey tower rising over a shared 2B+G+M podium, together offering 120 and 520 luxury apartments respectively across one, two, and three-bedroom layouts, forming one of the area’s most prominent high-density residential communities.


    Vortex Fire’s scope centered on rigorous passive fire protection inspections across both towers, verifying fire-rated compartmentation, penetration seals, and fire-stopping details against design intent and UAE and Dubai Civil Defence requirements.

  • Dubai Creek Park

    Dubai Creek Park

    Vortex Fire developed the Concept Master Plan fire strategy for Dubai Creek Park, a mixed-use development comprising a series of distinct buildings including residential apartments, a hotel, and F&B and retail facilities. The majority of the buildings were classified as high-rise, at approximately 23m in height, while the hotel — classified as a super high-rise at 90m — introduced additional complexity to the overall fire strategy.


    Vortex Fire’s master plan established a coordinated, code-compliant fire safety framework across the full mix of building typologies and heights, addressing the distinct life safety, means of egress, and fire engineering requirements of residential, hospitality, and retail/F&B occupancies within a single, unified development strategy.
